Dr. Hussain comes from a diverse yet solid background with degrees in Electronics (BS), Electrical Controls (MS), and Architecture and Civil Engineering (PhD), with training as a Research Award recipient at the Process Control division of the Department of Chemical and Material Engineering at the University of Alberta. He has good field experience and strong research background in the energy sector. He has been doing research on building energy systems since 2014. Before this, he worked in the energy sector for four years as Deputy Manager in a vertically-integrated electricity distribution company.
